Henry L. Knier

Bay City attorney Henry L. Knier started his career with Farmers Home Administration, USDA, where he was county supervisor, district director and senior underwriter. His legal practice includes agricultural law, bankruptcy, business and commercial law, creditor law, estate planning, and real estate. Hank typically represents farmers, banks, credit unions, bankruptcy trustees, and other creditors throughout Michigan. He has represented clients in the United States Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals, and many lower courts across Michigan.
