David L. Powers

Bay City attorney David L. Powers’ broad business practice includes bankruptcy, business transactions, commercial litigation and appeals, estate planning, probate and real estate. He has authored professional publications, and his zealous advocacy has led to more than ten reported decisions, all with favorable results. As an organizational leader, Dave interacts frequently with local, state, federal and international government leaders. He manages public relations and has been quoted or featured in dozens of newspaper, radio and television accounts. His practice includes drafting and negotiating passage of two state laws, a Congressional briefing, authoring United States Supreme Court amicus briefs, and serving as the United States Co-Chair of a bi-national committee.
